Early Dawn Microfinance Company Limited successfully concluded a highly productive, two-day Credit Team Workshop on September 29th and 30th. Held at The Regency Offices, Sagawa (Bagan Room and Popa Room) in Yangon, the event was organized by the Credit Team itself and aimed to significantly boost the Credit Team staff performance and quality.
The CEO and COO, along with staff members from the Credit Team, attended and participated in the Workshop. During the two-day Workshop, key points for enhancing the Credit Team staff’s performance and quality were emphasized and discussed.
The Workshop agenda included sharing business-related knowledge, such as Business Updates and Critical Thinking in Credit Decisions, as well as jointly sharing, discussing, and solving issues related to workplace management, such as Personal Branding, Time Management, and Effective Problem Solving.
This Workshop further sharpened the capabilities of the Credit Team staff and laid a solid foundation for the company’s long-term development through practical sharing. This program is a very important step for Early Dawn Microfinance to continue maintaining its high-quality operations.
