Today’s all-staff town hall in DAWN team was a powerful moment of connection across our entire organization. Staff from the Head Office, Zonal Office, and branches actively participated online, bringing energy, curiosity, and commitment to the conversation.
Our Senior Management Team members opened with heartfelt greetings and appreciation, and we had the privilege of answering questions raised by staff. Together, we reflected on:
