From February 22 to March 29, 2025, DAWN Microfinance Company successfully conducted a Staff Refresher Training for employees across all branch offices in (9) regions.
The primary objectives of this training were to enhance employees’ professional skills, improve customer service capabilities, and increase proficiency in digital financial services. The training covered essential topics, including financial service technologies, customer relationship management, and company policies and procedures.
We are confident that all participating staff members will effectively apply the knowledge gained in their daily work, contributing to the company’s continued success.
