On June 23rd and 24th, 2025, the Operations Management Workshop-2025 of Early Dawn Microfinance was successfully held two days at the Mingalar Ballroom of the Inya Lake Hotel in Yangon. The workshop was attended by the CEO, CFO, and COO along with the Senior Management Team, relevant Department Heads, and responsible personnel from branches across Myanmar.
On the first day of the workshop, the CEO, CFO, and COO delivered opening remarks and greetings. This was followed by presentations and discussions from the Operations Department on topics related to Business Development and Branch Operations. Group discussions and interactive activities were also conducted, allowing participants from various branches to ask questions and engage in in-depth discussions on unclear matters.
On the second day of the workshop, heads of respective departments from the Head Office presented their future plans, current statuses, activities, and other operational matters. The event concluded with a closing speech by the CEO, officially marking the successful completion of DAWN Microfinance’s Operations Management Workshop-2025.
In the evening, a dinner was held to honor all participants who actively contributed to the workshop discussions. A birthday celebration for staff members born in June, musical entertainment, and closing activities concluded the evening event.
