On 18th and 20th July, representatives from FMO met with the Senior Management Team of DAWN Microfinance at the Head Office meeting room. During the meetings, they reviewed the organization’s recent business plans and activity updates, assessed overall business performance, and held in-depth discussions on strategic plans and key activities for the upcoming period. Following the meetings, the FMO representatives also had the opportunity to meet and interact with all Head Office staff, engaging in warm and friendly conversations.
Furthermore, on 21st July, the FMO delegation visited DAWN Microfinance’s Shwe Pyi Thar Branch, where they met and held discussions with the branch staff. They also observed the practical use of the DFA (Digital Field Application) in branch operations to better understand its implementation and day-to-day usage. The delegation also visited and observed the business operations of some clients to gain a better understanding of their business conditions.
