In our busy daily lives, we often spend all our time working and forget to take care of ourselves — our minds and our bodies. Yet, our mental well-being is one of the most valuable things we have.
That’s why Early Dawn Microfinance organized the Employee Well-being Program on October 16th and 17th, featuring Honest Hour’s session titled “Daily Dose of Mental Health.” All Head Office staff actively participated in the program.
During the session, participants explored topics such as understanding stress and burnout, identifying early warning signs, reducing unhelpful thoughts and emotions, developing healthy mental habits, strengthening mental resilience, and creating balance in everyday life.
