DAWN Microfinance CEO, Daw Khin Thida, along with officials from the Head Office, visited the DAWN branch offices in Tatkone, Yamethin, Pyawbwe, Kyaukse, and Meiktila on June 4 and 5, 2025.
The purpose of the trip was to assess the operations and workflows of the branch offices to ensure greater efficiency and accuracy, to help solve challenges being faced by the teams, and to provide necessary support and assistance.
During the visit, the CEO personally engaged with branch staff in a warm and friendly manner, sharing her experiences, achievements, and insights that have contributed to the organization’s growth. She also listened attentively to the perspectives of the staff, as well as the difficulties and suggestions they had regarding their work.
CEO, Daw Khin Thida stated that this visit was aimed at building faster communication and stronger trust between the Head Office and Branch Teams. Additionally, staff from the branch offices expressed their appreciation and happiness that the Management Team from the Head Office took the time to visit them in person, understand the ground realities, discuss challenges, and provide support.
