Early Dawn Microfinance successfully conducted its Branch Heads Workshop on September 7 and 8 at Summit Parkview Hotel, Yangon.

The workshop was attended by the CEO, CFO, COO, HODs, and Region/Branch Heads, providing a valuable opportunity to share experiences, exchange perspectives, and discuss key business matters to strengthen effective leadership and management in the workplace. 🤝

Throughout the workshop, participants explored and discussed key topics including:

✨ Business Planning – Developing practical business plans for sustainable growth
