With the aim of enhancing employee development, learning capacity, training capability, and leadership qualities, Early Dawn Microfinance collaborated with the RVi Institute Professional Development Center to conduct the Train-The-Trainer (TTT) Program from December 1 to 3. The purpose of the program was not only to strengthen employees’ training delivery, facilitation, and communication skills but also to prepare them to serve as Knowledge Sharing Leaders within their respective departments.
During the TTT Program, participants had the opportunity to engage closely with experienced trainers through practical training methodologies. Through interactive group activities, presentation practice, and real-case discussions, employees were able to systematically studied and applied the concepts and techniques of effective training. Additionally, the mentoring process helped participants further improve their delivery skills and evaluate their own learning outcomes.
Early Dawn Microfinance remains committed to long-term staff development and continues to support training programs such as the TTT Program. The organization places great emphasis on enhancing employees’ attitudes, skills, and knowledge to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
