The DAWN Microfinance (H.O) Strategic Workshop for the 2025-2026 (Quarter-II) was held on August 15 and 16, 2025, in the conference room of the Bulaeinn Villas Hotel in Intakaw, Bago Region. The meeting was attended by the CEO, COO, CFO, and other officials from various head office departments. Each respective department presented in detail on their achievements from the previous Quarter-I, their plans for the upcoming Quarter-II, potential challenges, and methods to overcome them.
The presentations from each department were discussed collectively with other departments, and the CEO also provided suggestions and discussed solutions for challenges and difficulties. On the second day of the meeting, participants actively engaged in Group Work Activities. The event successfully concluded with concluding remarks and suggestions from the CEO.
