Early Dawn Microfinance’s Operations Management Workshop-2024 for all Region Head, Branch Head and Branch Managers was held on 5th to 7th December 2024, under the leadership of the CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, Senior Management Team members and Department Heads.
On the first day of this workshop, the CEO, CFO, COO and CIO given opening speeches and presented the future plans of the organization. The respective department heads from the senior management team shared the most recent departmental updates and activities. In the evening, celebrated birthday party of December born. The second day’s ceremony ended after serving with dinner for all participants.
On the second day, Operations Department and Business Department presented business development plan and discussed about branch operations. All branch staff are made activity, questioned and discussed the unclear issues.
On the final day of the workshop, a Soft Skill Training was conducted as part of the Employee Well-being Program, organized by Honest Hour. Departmental heads from various branches participated in discussions and activities aimed at promoting personal and professional well-being. The workshop successfully concluded with closing remarks by the CEO.
