| JOB PURPOSE
This position will be based in Head Office, Yangon with frequent visits to the branches in respective area. The incumbent is responsible to overseas day-to-day field finance operations and supervise Field Finance Teams to be perform well in their duties and responsibilities. The position reports directly to the Head of Treasury and Field Finance and regular engagement with Division Heads and Chief Financial Officer. |

| Key Responsibilities
· Supervise and support branch-level finance operations and ensure adherence to all finance policies and SOPs. · Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training to Finance Officers, Finance Assistants, and Tellers. · Monitor daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely recording in the Core Banking System (CBS). · Act as focal point for branch CBS/system issues and coordinate resolutions with IT/MIS, PMO, and Digital teams. · Support the rollout and adoption of digital repayment channels and digital agent processes. · Conduct regular branch visits to review operational practices, identify gaps, and provide corrective support. · Strengthen internal controls, especially cash handling, safe box handling, savings processes, and financial documentation. · Review branch compliance with financial procedures and provide initial responses to internal audit findings. · Standardize financial forms, templates, and workflows used within branch finance operations. · Assist in monitoring branch liquidity management, cash limits, and safe box procedures to ensure operational readiness. · Coordinate closely with Operations, Internal Audit, and other departments to resolve field finance issues. · Consolidate feedback from branches and report operational challenges, system issues, and capacity-building needs to the Senior Manager. · Support planning and implementation of new financial tools, digitization efforts, and system upgrades across branches. · Carrying out any other duties as required in assigned areas. |

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
| Education and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. · Strong background in leading and managing large, particularly in branch-based or field finance environments. Experience · Minimum of five (3-4) years of progressive experience in field finance operations, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial role. · Mandatory experience in microfinance or banking sector, particularly in managing branch-level financial operations. · Experience with CBS or digital financial systems preferred. Skills and Competencies · Strong understanding of cash operations, savings processes, internal controls, and financial documentation. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements. · High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of accounting or core banking systems is an advantage. · Experience in preparing audit responses and managing implementation of audit recommendations. · Effective communication skills in both Myanmar and English (written and verbal); ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders. · Strong coordination and planning skills, including the ability to work across departments (e.g., Admin, Operations, HR) and manage multiple priorities. · High level of integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding organizational values.
