Early Dawn Microfinance Company Limited (“DAWN”) is a regulated microfinance institution that currently serves around 270,000 clients in 61 branches in Myanmar. JOB PROFILE

Job Title : Human Resources Assistant (Compensation & Benefits)

JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this position is to support and carry out human resources functions within DAWN. Candidate will be required to work independently, build and maintains effective relationships with own team and colleagues across all departments.

JOB DESCRIPTION

§  Preparing and renewing employment contracts, dealing with labor office processes

§  Collect and check medical expenses and reunification expenses in a monthly basis

§  Handle staff loan and make payment process timely manner

§  Preparing and tracking insurance claim process

§  Answer employee questions about benefits and other relevant issues

§  Organize other related tasks under guidelines as necessary

§  Maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data

§  Remain familiar with all labour law and ensure compliance

§  Perform other duties, as and when requested.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

§  A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

§  တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားရမည်။

§  Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability of using payroll software is a plus.

§  Word နှင့် Excel အား ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။ Payroll Software အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူများ ဦးစားပေး မည်။

§  Must have above one-year experience as HR Assistant

§  HR Assistant အဖြစ် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့ကြုံ တစ်နှစ်နှင့် အထက်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။

§  Should be keen to detail and willing to do filing work

§  အသေးစိတ်အချက်အလက်များအား အာရုံစိုက်နိုင်သူ၊ ဖိုင်တွဲများ ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

§  Excellent interpersonal relationship building and communication

§  အများနှင့် ထိရောက်သော ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေး တည်ဆောက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။

§  Basic knowledge of Labor Laws

§  အလုပ်သမားဥပဒေများအား အသင့်အတင့်နားလည်ရမည်။

§  Eager to learn and assist all team members when needed

§  သင်ယူလိုသူ၊ လိုအပ်ပါက အဖွဲ့ဝင်များအားကူညီလိုသူဖြစ်ရမည်။

§  Willing to be assigned in DAWN’s working area

§  လိုအပ်ပါက Dawn ၏ ရုံးခွဲများတွင် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
