Early Dawn Microfinance’s Finance Department organized Finance Workshop Batch-1, which was held at the Ruby Room of Inya Lake Hotel, Yangon, from 14th to 16th September for three consecutive days.
The workshop was attended by the CEO, CFO, and COO, along with field finance staff from various branches and responsible personnel from Head Office Departments. During the sessions, finance staff openly shared and discussed workplace challenges, explored more effective problem-solving methods for financial processes, and exchanged ideas on strengthening teamwork and collaboration.
By hosting this workshop, finance staff were able to share practical experiences and streamline financial procedures, which significantly contributed to improving operational efficiency. Moreover, it became an important initiative that provided valuable knowledge to further enhance the overall quality and capability of the company’s employees.
