The numerous successes that Early DAWN Microfinance has achieved to date are a result of the dedication, work enthusiasm, and collaborative efforts of each of our employees. At the heart of every success are our employees, and in recognition of their hard work, DAWN organized Region-based Staff Retreats for all employees from Region-1 to Region-10 and Head Office. These retreats included trips to Taunggyi, Inle, Kalaw, Hpa-An, Bagan, and Ngwesaung Beach, providing employees with an opportunity to relax, celebrate achievements, and create lasting memories.
Employees from different branches of DAWN Microfinance participated in the selected regional trips, and at each region’s retreat, members of the Head Office and the Senior Management Team (SMT) visited employees in rotation to personally acknowledge their efforts and share words of appreciation and recognition regarding their achievements during the trips.
During the retreats, employees who had completed 10 years of service were also honored with awards, and memorable dinner events were organized to ensure that every participant experienced joy and a sense of accomplishment.
By organizing the Staff Retreat Program, DAWN Microfinance fostered closer relationships among employees, encouraged them to recharge with renewed energy and motivation, and inspired happiness in the workplace. This initiative has also strengthened the organization’s capacity to continue striving toward new successes.
