Early Dawn Microfinance Successfully Held Collection Team Workshop

On 16 and 17 March 2026, Early Dawn Microfinance successfully held its Collection Team Workshop at Sakawar, Popa Room. The workshop was organized with the aim of further strengthening collection-related performance, enhancing the review and analysis of PAR conditions, and developing more effective operational strategies for future processes.

The first day of the workshop began with an Opening Speech by the CEO, followed by the COO and Head of Business, who shared important business updates and plans for the coming financial year. After that, PAR Analysis presentations were delivered by region, during which participants discussed PAR conditions, current challenges, and key areas requiring improvement. In the afternoon, the PAR Analysis Review and Question & Answer session continued, allowing participants to exchange practical workplace experiences and perspectives.

On the second day, the workshop began with a recap of the previous day’s discussions, followed by an Effective Presentations session. Participants then took part in group presentations and discussions based on case studies. This was followed by sessions on Effective Communications, Effective Data Analysis, and PAR Prevention, which helped participants gain a deeper understanding of practical approaches, stronger communication methods, and preventive processes that can be applied in the workplace to better manage and reduce PAR risks. The workshop concluded successfully with an Award session.

This workshop was an important step not only in strengthening knowledge sharing among Collection Team members, but also in improving work effectiveness, fostering stronger teamwork, and supporting the successful implementation of DAWN’s organizational goals. Early Dawn Microfinance will continue to organize such workplace development initiatives with the aim of further enhancing employees’ performance and professional capabilities.
