Training Officer-1 Post

The Training Officer is responsible to assist the Training Specialist in the course design and delivery role and providing technical support to Business Unit.

Training Officer သည် Training Specialist အား သင်တန်းဒီဇိုင်းရေးဆွဲခြင်းနှင့် သင်တန်းပို့ချခြင်း အခန်းကဏ္ဍတွင် အကူအညီပေးရန်နှင့် စီးပွားရေးယူနစ်များတွင်နည်းပညာများ အထောက်အပံ့ပေးရန် တာဝန်ရှိသည်။

• Organize training for newly recruit loan officer and implement on the job training with senior staff
• ချေးငွေဆိုင်ရာဝန်ထမ်းသစ်များအတွက်သင်တန်းများစီစဉ်ပေးခြင်းနှင့်အကြီးတန်းဝန်ထမ်းများနှင့်အတူ လုပ်ငန်းပိုင်း ဆိုင်ရာ သင်တန်းများ ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
• Organize and arrange the training venue and materials
• သင်တန်းခန်းမနှင့် သင်ထောက်ကူပစ္စည်းများ စီစဉ်ခြင်း။
• Prepare training budget and monitor training expenses within budget
• သင်တန်းဘတ်ဂျက်ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းနှင့် သင်တန်းအသုံးစရိတ်အား ဘတ်ဂျက်အတွင်း အသုံးပြုရန်စီမံခြင်း။
• Prepare and update training materials and session planning
• သင်ထောက်ကူပစ္စည်းများနှင့် ဆရာလက်စွဲစာအုပ်အား ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်းနှင့် ပြုပြင်မွမ်းမံခြင်း။
• Prepare monthly training plan and report to Training Specialist
• လစဉ်သင်တန်းအစီအစဉ်များအား ပြင်ဆင်ကာ Training Specialist အား အစီရင်ခံခြင်း။
• Assist Training Specialist to identify training needs of staff at all product Unit.
• ချေးငွေယူနစ်အားလုံးရှိဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ သင်တန်းလိုအပ်ချက်များကို သိရှိဖော်ထုတ်ရန် Training Specialist အား အကူအညီပေးခြင်း။
• Assist Training Specialist to develop and design refresher Training modules, and provide training to all Staff
• မွမ်းမံသင်တန်းမော်ဂျူးဒီဇိုင်းဆွဲခြင်းနှင့် မော်ဂျူးတည်ဆောက်ခြင်းတွင် Training Specialist အား ကူညီရန်နှင့် ဝန်ထမ်းများအား သင်တန်ပေးရာတွင် ကူညီခြင်း။
• Assist as a co-facilitator to Training Specialist for on the job training to new staff and for the refresher training to existing staff
• ဝန်ထမ်းသစ်များအား လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ဆိုင်ရာ သင်တန်းပေးခြင်းနှင့် လက်ရှိဝန်ထမ်းများအား မွမ်းမံသင်တန်းပေးခြင်းတွင် Training Specialist အား လက်ထောက်သင်တန်းနည်းပြအနေဖြင့် ကူညီခြင်း။
• Collect and keep up to date feedback in database
• အကြံပြုစာများအား စုဆောင်းခြင်းနှင့် အချက်အလက်များ ထည့်သွင်းသိမ်းဆည်းခြင်း။
• Participate in discussion, workshops, meetings and training of operation department.
• ဆွေးနွေးပွဲများ၊ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ဆွေးနွေးပွဲများ၊ အစည်းအဝေးများနှင့် operation ဌာန၏ သင်တန်းများတွင်ပူးပေါင်း ပါဝင်ခြင်း။
• Visit to branches frequently and monitor progress and handholding new loan officers
• ဌာနခွဲများသို့ မကြာခဏ သွားရောက်လည်ပတ်ကာ တိုးတက်လာမှုအခြေအနေကို စောင့်ကြည့်လေ့လာခြင်းနှင့် ချေးငွေအရာရှိသစ်များအား လေ့ကျင့်သင်ကြားပေးခြင်း။
• Provide written and formal feedback to Line Managers, Branch Head, Region Head, Business Managers on the progress of trainees
• ကြီးကြပ်သူမန်နေဂျာများ၊ Line Managers, Branch Head, Region Head, Business Managers တို့ထံသို့ သင်တန်းသားများ၏ တိုးတက်မှုအခြေအနေအား စာဖြင့်ဖြစ်စေ၊ တရားဝင်ပုံစံဖြင့်ဖြစ်စေ အကြံပြုချက်ပေးခြင်း။
• Keep the list of staff attending the internal and external training
• ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ ရုံးတွင်းသင်တန်းနှင့် ပြင်ပသင်တန်း တတ်ရောက်မှုစာရင်းအား ပြုစုထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
• Maintain record of all training sessions and training documents
• သင်ခန်းစာများနှင့် သင်တန်းမှ စာရွက်စာတမ်းများအား မှတ်တမ်းတင် ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
• Perform other duties assigned by Supervisors.
• ကြီးကြပ်သူမှပေးအပ်သော အခြားတာဝန်များအား ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

• A Bachelor Degree is required
• At least three years working experience in microfinance as Loan Officer in the specific market segment for the Business Unit
• Knowledge of credit processes and policies in financial or microfinance institutions
• Excellent service, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability and willingness to travel regular basis
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft words, excel and power points
• Knowledge of participatory training and adult education theories advantageous
• Good communication skills in local language, working knowledge in English
• Ability to work under pressure
