JOB DESCRIPTION 

·       Assist to Expansion Manager to draw the expansion plan for respective area and the whole DAWN together with operations team.

·       Involve with expansion team for the market assessments and survey for potential townships to do area expansion together with RM, BM and LOs.

·       Prepare assessment results in order to combine with expansion team to the Head of Operations and SMT members to get comments and idea for expansion.

·       Assist to arrange new branch opening at new area by coordination with expansion teams.

·       Visit to respective ward or village and coordinate to the local authority and maintain good relation and getting necessary information for the branch.

·       Assist to Expansion manager to think together for a new branch regarding office arrangements.

·       Assist and work closely with new branch manager and loan officers to ensure to set up new branch at new locations according DAWN’s Branch replication guideline.

·       Help to new branch manager and loan officers to ensure to follow DAWN’s methodology and implementation in each new branch.

·       Assist to contribute to refining the business plan and expansion strategy of the organization.

·       Assist and involve as a team member to ensure effectively implement the business plan and the branch expansion strategy and report.

·       Assist and stay with the team for the new branch till settled at respective area in each region.

·       Coordinate and work across with other teams such as Admin, Operations, Finance, Training, HR, IT, Products and etc.

·       Assist operations team when existing branches require for new wards and villages expansions together with expansion team.

·       Assist to train BMs and LOs for new branch expansion strategy and increasing clients.

·       Advise and give feedback to Expansions Manager for the development of expansion strategy.

·       Act as a Loan Officer whenever needed or requested by Expansion Manager or HOO.

·       Perform other duties, as appropriate and as requested.

 PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

·       Must be a university graduate

·       Good Communication and mobilization skill to communities

·       Ability to work with different diverse backgrounds

·       Able to travel and stay at anywhere during expansion

·       Must have at least one year microfinance experienced and well familiar about Dawn Microfinance Activities.
