JOB PURPOSE
Based in DAWN’s Regional Offices, but with frequent visits to the branches in respective region, the incumbent serves as Collections Officer, reporting to Deputy Collections Manager (DCM)/ Collections Manager (CM) of DAWN. The incumbent is responsible to assist collection process to control delinquency for Business Units. In addition to the key responsibilities listed below, the Collections Officer will complete miscellaneous duties assigned to him/her from time to time by the DCM or CM of DAWN. The incumbent is responsible for assisting to design training material, case studies, training and coaching branches to prevent and control delinquency, supporting prevention and recovery strategies. |
