Early Dawn Microfinance Company Limited successfully conducted a two-day Credit Team Workshop from 30th to 31st March 2026.
The workshop was attended by the CEO, COO, and members of the Credit Team, where participants actively engaged in knowledge sharing and discussions aimed at enhancing both individual and team performance.
During the workshop, key business updates and market conditions of DAWN were shared. Participants explored valuable insights from financial statements, including Income Statements and Balance Sheets, as well as analysis of MFI and bank loans. In addition, essential topics such as professionalism in the Credit Analyst role, time management, emotional intelligence, and effective problem-solving were discussed to strengthen workplace competencies.
On the second day, sessions focused on PAR prevention, mindset improvement, critical thinking, and enhancing reporting skills. Important topics such as the reference check process, 5C concept, effective communication, and different leadership styles were also covered. Furthermore, discussions were held on reducing regional risks and improving Credit Analyst capabilities, along with interactive sessions aimed at turning plans into measurable results.
The workshop concluded with an award session recognizing outstanding participants for their contributions and performance.
This workshop has significantly contributed to strengthening the capabilities and quality of the Credit Team, while also laying a strong foundation for the company’s sustainable growth through practical knowledge sharing and collaboration.
