JOB PROFILE

Job Purpose

Mainly responsible and accountable for all aspects of MIS System operations including system user acceptance testing, implementation, deployment, support, maintenance, training, and preparing reports.

JOB DESCRIPTION

§  Actively participate in digital project implementation and roll out phase

§  Check daily transactions/reports for MIS reporting

§  Develop the SQL Script for ah-hoc reports and analysis reports requested personals

§  Performance monitoring, security, troubleshooting, as well as data recovery

§  Test and upgrade new versions of the database and MIS related systems

§  Responsible for creating SQL Server agent schedules for auto restore and auto backup

§  Involve in Data Analysis process and write Database Stored Procedures, Functions and Views

§  Provide training for the users for new digital projects initiative

§  Testing for digital payment integration of CBS and mobile wallets

§  Experience in AWS cloud service and Remote Desktop Program

§  Solve the tickets of system Issues, user Issue, and complaints for MIS related system

§  Able to travel if required

 PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

§  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or relevant qualification

§  Minimum 2 years’ experience in application development, reporting and database technology

§  Knowledge for Data Cleansing and Database Migration using the tools

§  Preferable previous work experience in developing SQL scripts & API Integration

§  Understanding programming concepts of Json File, C#, modeling framework, MSSQL, MySQL and AWS Cloud Service

§  Preferable experience in DAX Functions, preparing reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel macro code

§  Experience in preparing documents and end user training

§  Good analytical skills to support the Core Banking System and other systems

§  Effective communication skills and ability to communicate in English if required

§  Good interpersonal skills and teamwork

§  Able to work under challenging situations with minimum supervision

§  Possess ‘Can do’ attitude
