JOB PROFILE

Job Title : Project Officer
Location : Head Office, Yangon
Number of Position : Two
Type of Contract : Open
Reports to : Project Manager
Job Purpose 

The Project Officers will be assigned to various projects and will ensure projects are monitored and delivered successfully within the required timeframes. The role is mainly responsible to do nationwide roll-out and technical support of DAWN’s IT and Digital projects. The role will work with internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain relationships.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for supporting system project implementation, including configuration, testing, user training, system support and etc.
  • Perform business analysis and system design to fulfill user requirements
  • Provide end-user support, such as troubleshooting and answering enquires on system applications
  • Prepare training materials and project documents
  • Document and keep track of follow-up actions after the project meetings
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing end-user requirements
  • Implement change requests and application enhancements
  • Coordinate with other departments for the project improvements
  • Perform UAT, troubleshooting, and tests on the required systems to assist the project stakeholders
  • Monitor project status and prepare project status report for the IT Project Manager
  • Perform technical support (L1 support) to projects running in the organization
  • Assist the project manager in data preparation and project presentation
  • Assist with various duties related to projects

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
  • Preferable at least 1 year of experience in the digital projects implementation and having MFI experience will be an advantage
  • Preferable understanding in ERP logic
  • Preferable analytical and creative approach to problem solving
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and presentation skill
  • Effective communication skill and able to communicate in English if required
  • Ability to build good relationship between the project team and the end users
  • Willing to learn ability and able to think outside the box
  • Able to work under challenging situation with minimum supervision
  • Able to travel to any DAWN’s branch office area for projects
