JOB PROFILE

Job Title : MIS Officer
Location : Head Office, Yangon

Reports to : MIS Manager

Job Purpose

MIS Officer supports the execution of our business strategy by designing, developing, integrating and supporting local information for internal use across the operations. MIS Administrator responsible and accountable for all aspects of MIS Operations including system design, implementation, operation, maintain, development and training. Regular travel throughout Myanmar is required. Good at Myanmar and English is essential.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Participate in new MIS projects implementation and deployment
  • Check daily transactions/reports for MIS reporting
  • Monitor microfinance MIS system
  • Responsible to support all aspects of MIS systems
  • Support and solve system errors, user errors, and complaints
  • Supervise MIS users from branches and headquarter
  • Provide MIS training and record training attendance and feedback
  • Check and generate MIS daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Generate various types of MIS reports for the requested personals
  • Record and maintain MIS related devices and accessories stock list
  • Provide support, training, and communication with the users for DFA tablet and web version
  • Carry out any assigned ad-hoc MIS tasks
  •  Able to travel if required

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or relevant qualification
  • Must have at least 1-year experience in similar position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Usage and competent working knowledge on Excel
  • Preferable previous work experience in writing SQL query
  • Strong presentation and analytical skill
  • Effective communication skills and able to communicate in English if required
  • Good interpersonal skill and teamwork
  • Able to work under challenging situation with minimum supervision
  • Possess ‘Can do’ attitude
