JOB PROFILE 

Job Title : Admin Logistic Assistant
Location : Head Office, Yangon (but with frequent visits to the branches)

Reports to : Admin Logistic Officer
JOB PURPOSE

Assisting for providing administrative support in a logistics unit of organization

Direct report to Admin Logistic Officer and assisting with office operations, working with vendors, support in all aspects of warehouse operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in purchase requisitions for stock inventory operations formats and support to branch offices
  • Assist in purchase requisitions for clerical, warehouse, and customer service, and housekeeping in their area of assignment.
  • Assist in receiving stocks from suppliers and delivery of purchases to branch offices.
  • Assist in purchase requisitions for Pantry & Stationeries for branch offices
  • Support the administrative works of branch offices.
  • Assist in repairs and maintenance of office buildings and furniture.
  • Assist in couriers and dispatch of outgoing letters and collection parcels/letters from bus terminal.
  • Assist to Admin Logistic officer for printing and distribution of communications and documentation as requested.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • On Site Inspection of Admin Support and Frequent travel to Branch office locations
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
 PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree and other relevant diploma
  • At least one year professional working experience, in development sector preferred
  • Professional working experience with international organizations preferable
  • Proven team working ability
  • Strong communications skill, including proficient English language ability
  • Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets
  • Ability and willingness to frequently travel within the country.
