Early Dawn Microfinance Company Limited (“DAWN”) is a regulated microfinance institution that currently serves around 285,018 clients in 69 branches in Myanmar. It is a fast growing Institution with around 915 employees, with plans to expand to new regions, to serve additional segments of clients, with new and better products and services, to introduce innovations based on technology, and with an obvious need for additional departments and positions ( DAWN is registered under the Ministry of Planning and Finance, and was granted a license by the Financial Regulatory Department to provide financial services to low-income clients as well as to small and medium businesses.

Organize and facilitate meetings and special events; schedule and coordinate dates and times, venues, attendance, agendas, and facility arrangements.

Direct report to Admin Facilities Officer and to ensure that all administrative facilities tasks for the department are completed.


  • Preparing Leasing Contracts such as branch offices, motor cycles and etc.
  • Assist in renewal for Corporate rate agreement such as Hotel accommodation
  • Assist in new/ renewal for outsource service agreement such as Security agreement, Service agreement with Vendors  
  • Assist to updated fixed asset list of head office and branch offices
  • Assist in Fixed Assets physical checking at Head office in timely manner
  • Coordinate with Branch Staffs for Fixed Assets onsite checking  
  • Assist in coordinate with vendors for repairing office equipment such as Generator, counting machine, stabilizer and etc.…)
  • Assist in Utilities bills such as car rental, YCDC taxes, Stamp Duty of office leasing contract
  • Coordination with Landlord for applying Form C renewal of Expatriates
  • Preparing the payment requests of Admin facilities and submitting to Treasury Department
  • Assist in Outsource Document Storage such as collection and retrieval
  • Supervising admin facilities regarding to maintain office common areas
  • Assist in Event Planning such as Hotel arrangement, Workshops, Meeting and trainings support
  • On Site Inspection of Admin Support and Frequent travel to Branch office locations
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

  • Bachelor’s degree and other relevant diploma
  • At least one year professional working experience, in development sector preferred
  • Professional working experience with international organizations preferable
  • Proven team working ability
  • Strong communications skill, including proficient English language ability
  • Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets
  • Ability and willingness to frequently travel within the country.
