Each year, the Myanmar Employer Awards celebrate top industry leaders across Myanmar that exemplify planning and executing effective best people practices.
This year, DAWN was recognized as one of the top local employers in Myanmar for creating a great workplace with a more inclusive culture, heartfelt commitment to employees and exceptional talent management. In its first year, DAWN received all three awards for which it applied in the Local Category at the 2019 Myanmar Employer Awards: Internal Marketing for Company Pride (Silver), Most Effective Recruitment Strategy for Talent Attraction (Bronze), and Best Use of Career Advancement Programs (Bronze).
Receiving industry recognition for our Institution is indeed a very proud moment for us. We feel ever more encouraged to bring home many more awards next year. We would also like to extend our appreciation to our superb Talent Team, not only for their sleepless nights and working overtime in preparation of the submissions, but especially for all their hard work all these years to create a dynamic work environment built on international best practices and unique to DAWN.
